I develop innovative Private Label products within the parameters of well-defined company brands. Private Label development yields financial opportunities, such as a higher profit margin comparatively to Nationally-Branded purchases, and brand advantages, including strengthened consumer loyalty, which will oftentimes extend throughout multiple General Merchandise categories.  Aspects to this involve: confirming products are aesthetically in-line with the brand standard, upholding quality measures with corresponding material choices, negotiating costs with suppliers, and developing packaging that entices the consumer.
